    LimeSpotSHOPLINEThe 21-Day Challenge

10× return on your SHOPLINE store in 21 days

If LimeSpot doesn’t earn back at least 10× what it costs — measured against a holdout on your own traffic — you don’t pay.

    • No upfront cost
    • No contract
    • No developer
    • Nothing changes on your store until you publish

    What is the 21-Day Challenge?

Three weeks where LimeSpot’s Growth Agents personalize your store and prove what it’s worth — on your own traffic, in your own analytics. You run the free audit, we set a plan together on a 30-minute call, the agents draft recommendations, merchandising and offers onto your pages, and you publish what you approve. A named person from our team is on it with you the whole way.

Because a person works your store for the full three weeks, the challenge is built for stores doing $1M+ a year with 50+ SKUs. Smaller than that? The audit is still free and unlimited.

    How it works

How does the LimeSpot 21-Day Challenge work on a SHOPLINE store?

In six steps over three weeks, from the free Growth Grader audit on day 0 to your decision on day 21.

    1. Day 0

Audit your store for free with the LimeSpot Growth Grader Agent

It runs from a browser extension — all it needs is a work email. It checks Home, Product, Collection, Cart and Search at desktop and mobile width, then sends back a full report: what’s working, what’s not, and a fix for each gap. The more it finds, the more headroom you’ve got.

    2. Day 1

Activate your Growth Agents on a 30-minute call

You and our product team go through your audit together — your catalog, your margins, what a good three weeks looks like for you. You set the plan and the holdout split, and LimeSpot’s Growth Agents go to work.

    3. Days 2–7

      The agents draft your fixes

They work from screenshots of your actual pages at both widths, so each placement matches your theme’s layout instead of coming from a template. Offers and bundles get drafted too, and your audience segments are set up in your account.

    4. Week 1

      You review and publish

Every draft opens in LimeSpot Studio on the page it belongs to. Move it, edit it, or delete it — then publish what you like. Anything you publish is live right away and shows up in your reporting the same day.

    5. Day 14

      We review the holdout together

Two groups, one number, all on your own traffic. If something isn’t working, this is where we change it and run the final week with the change in place.

    6. Day 21

      You decide

You’ve got the holdout numbers, whatever you published, and three weeks of your own data. Continue month to month, take the annual discount, or walk away — and if the number isn’t 10× what LimeSpot costs, you don’t pay anything.

What is the LimeSpot 21-Day Challenge guarantee?

    What’s the guarantee?

You pay nothing to start and nothing during the three weeks. At day 21 we look at one number together: how much extra revenue personalization produced on your store, compared with the shoppers who never saw it.

If that number is at least 10× what LimeSpot costs, you start paying the normal monthly price. If it isn’t, you walk away owing nothing — no contract, nothing to claw back.

Pricing is based on your store’s monthly revenue. See pricing.

    How we measure it

Merchants have been burned on attribution before, so here’s exactly how this works: we don’t count a sale just because someone clicked a recommendation on the way to checkout. A share of your shoppers never sees personalization at all, and your result is the difference between that group and everyone else.

Your customer success manager sets the split with you on the first call and goes through the results with you at day 14 and day 21, using your own platform analytics. It’s the same method behind the strongest result we have — the holdout test below. Check the math yourself; we’d rather you did.

Nothing goes live unless you publish it, and every number comes out of your analytics — not ours.

What do I have to build before the challenge starts?

Nothing to build before you start.

This fits into the weeks before a busy season because the building isn’t your job.

    The audit runs today

A browser extension for Chrome, Edge or Firefox and a work email. No app to install on your store, no theme changes, no developer.

    Setup shows up already drafted

The agents build it from your own pages and a person refines it, so your time goes into approving, not building.

    No theme rebuild

Placements render from LimeSpot into your live pages, and you can publish or unpublish them yourself. Nothing touches your theme, so your page speed and SEO stay put.

Results show up from day 1

Whatever you publish is live to shoppers immediately, and the revenue shows up in your reporting the same day.

    No upkeep

The agents keep placements current as products, prices and stock change. It doesn’t become one more thing to manage.

A person, not a ticket queue

Real support by email and chat, plus a named customer success manager who checks in every week of the challenge.

Where do LimeSpot’s numbers come from?

    Where these numbers come from.

None of these stores is on SHOPLINE — LimeSpot is new there. The results below come from years of running this on Shopify and BigCommerce, and we’d rather be upfront about that.

    Six-week A/B test

    Black Forest Décor

They ran LimeSpot head-to-head against BigCommerce’s built-in recommendation engine for six weeks and came out ahead across the board — their CEO put the 7% on record. They kept LimeSpot for about two years there, then took it with them when they moved to Shopify.

50/50 holdout · same method as the challenge

    A menswear retailer

They ran Frequently Bought Together as a 50/50 holdout: 336,213 sessions in one group, 334,295 in the other. The group that saw recommendations produced 15% more revenue and 19% higher conversion. Half the shoppers saw nothing — that’s what makes the number solid.
