What features are included?
Product recommendations on all pages, upsell and cross-sell, post-purchase recommendations, carousel and grid layouts, native visual editor, real-time analytics, and integration with common review apps. Shopify Plus and BigCommerce customers can also provide recommendations and upsells at checkout.
What will the installation and setup be like?
Once you have installed our app, our customer success team will configure your store using best practices. These changes will be created in draft mode in our visual designer and will not be published on your site until you’ve had a chance to review. Following an onboarding call with our team and your approval, we will publish the changes.
What kind of support should I expect for the duration of the challenge?
Our customer success team is available 24/7 via email and chat. Additionally, a dedicated customer success manager will check in with you once per week via emailto answer your question and to provide you with updates and suggestions to acheive even greater performance.
What happens if I don't want to continue using your solution?
We are confident that you will see the value of our products, but there are no obligations to continue using then once the challenge is over. Simply let us know before the 21 day period is over, and you won't be charged. Uninstalling our app is easy and does not leave any residual unwanted code behind.
